Are you a natural organiser with a passion for delivering exceptional results? We’re looking for a Machine Installation Coordinator to join our growing Operations and Engineering team in Hoddesdon.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and management of machine installations across customer sites. You’ll be the vital link between customers, field engineers, and internal departments, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in machine or equipment installation coordination, ideally within the vending, manufacturing, or technical service industries.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll coordinate every stage of machine installations, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
- Coordinate Projects: Plan, schedule, and oversee machine installations from order confirmation through to customer handover.
- Be the Customer Champion: Act as the main point of contact for installation updates, timelines, and requirements.
- Plan Resources: Manage engineers, tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure installations run smoothly.
- Ensure Readiness: Confirm that all customer sites meet technical and safety standards before work begins.
- Manage Documentation: Prepare and distribute installation packs, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Support Technically: Liaise with the service and technical teams to resolve any installation issues.
- Follow Up: Ensure successful commissioning, customer sign-off, and handover to operations or service teams.
- Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Safety: Uphold all Health & Safety standards across every stage of installation.
The Requirements
You’re organised, proactive, and great at communication, with the skills to keep installations efficient and customers happy.
- Proven experience coordinating machine or equipment installations, ideally in vending, manufacturing, or technical services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Excel, Teams, CRM systems).
- A calm, professional, and proactive approach under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail and a drive to exceed expectations.
